Homecoming week is almost upon us. Greek members at Rogers State University are preparing to be part of this awesome week ahead, Hillcat Nation Homecoming Week 2013. Alpha Sigma Alpha, Kappa Sigma and Alpha Sigma Tau not only plan on participating in the events offered by C.A.T such as Glow Skate Night, Hillcat Nation Launch, Fauxsino Night and most importantly cheering at the big games on Saturday for our Hillcats; but they also plan on hosting an event of their very own to help add even more spirit to the week.
RSU Greeks are hosting a Paint Party for all students. The first 50 students to get to the Paint Party will be given a white t-shirt on which they can design their very own Hillcat Nation creation with paint. This event will take place from 3:30 to 7:00 behind UVB in the field next to the parking lot. The Paint Party is completely free, everything from paint to supplies is being provided to any student who wants to decorate. Wear your shirt or whatever other creation you make to the game on Saturday as we cheer on our Hillcats to victory or around campus to showcase your design of Hillcat pride. Alpha Sigma Alpha is also offering a face painting booth at Hillcat Alley from 12-2 p.m. before the Homecoming games begin. Stop by and see them to get painted up for the game.
All RSU fraternity and sorority members want you to unite with us as Hillcats this week as Hillcat Nation sweeps the campus. We are all apart of Hillcat nation, whether we wear Greek letters or not. Look for our banners in the annual banner contest, hang out with us at the array of events going on throughout the weekend, come splatter paint as we decorate t-shirts, join us to eat some free food at the Party on the Patio and pack out the stands with us as we cheer for members of our Greek life in Homecoming Court and our Hillcat basketball teams as they take on Ecclesia college. Go Hillcats!
